Booking Deposits

Transferring Deposits 

http://brandodesica.net/16-cat/casino_2.html Any deposits paid are transferable to another appointment within one year of the original booked service. After one year the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to secure another service.

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept cash, e-transfer, Debit/interact, and all major Credit Cards. We do not keep cash on the premises.

  • 5% GST will be added to all services. 
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.
  • No refunds.

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Booked Services

The Perfect Feather requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule booked services. Changes to appointments made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of booking deposit/ and or rebooking fee. 

Clients are responsible to cancel or reschedule their booked sessions with appropriate notice. 

If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment. 

Please contact your technician directly to reschedule services or use the link provided in your confirmation email.  

Late Arrival

To avoid disappointment, please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals are not always feasible and may result in a no show and a forfeit of your deposit.

No Show (failure to arrive)

Failure to arrive for scheduled services with no communication (No Show) will result in a fee equal to booked service(s). This must be paid in full prior to booking another service. If you fail to show to two booked services within one year we will no longer be able to schedule at our studios.

We are a service based business reserving time especially for you. If you do not show up to your planned appointment or cancel without appropriate notice our technicians lose their income and the opportunity to see other clients. Please be considerate.

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive on time and alone. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and for insurance reasons we cannot have more than 1 person in the studio at a time.

During your appointment you will have limited access to your phone. Please note that you will not be able to use it once you’re on the treatment table.  

Pre & Post Treatment Instructions

It is solely the clients responsibility to read over all provided pre & post treatment instructions prior to booking service and to contact your technician with questions prior to service date.

If you arrive for your service and have not prepared properly and we must re-book to another service date / time then you will forfeit your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Reasonable Expectations

Cosmetic tattooing is an artistic process and not an exact science. We work with each client to achieve their best and most ideal result, however, due to bone structure, facial asymmetries, existing work, and growth of natural hair, 100% symmetry is impossible. Each client has the opportunity to review and approve shape & technique prior to the commencement of service.

Although it is sometimes referred to as semi-permanent in nature, due to each individual’s reaction to pigment, the length of time pigment is present cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, pigment will be permanent. If you receive any skin treatments, laser hair removal, plastic surgery or other skin altering procedures, it may result in adverse changes to my permanent cosmetics.

The Perfect Feather offers NO GUARANTEE for cosmetic tattoo results. Individual results will vary from client to client. Aftercare of your cosmetic tattoo, your skin type, medications, and skin care routine will directly contribute to your final results.

Touch up & Follow up Session Fees

Microblading & Permanent Make-up are considered two-part procedures. Clients are advised to return 8-10 weeks after their initial visit for a perfecting touch up (see our pricing for current rates. Perfecting touch-ups are not included in the first session rate). Perfecting touch-ups MUST be done within 12 weeks of ORIGINAL treatment date or further charges will apply.

All subsequent touch-ups will be subject to all applicable fees, some clients may require additional touch-ups to achieve their ideal result. 

Annual Touch up Fees

Fees are calculated from the last date of service (not when you booked your session). It is solely the clients responsibility to book their annual touch-up for the appropriate time frame.  If a booking error occurs, fees will reflect the actual time frame that has passed rather than the appointment type booked, for example, if you book in for touch-up under 12 months but your anniversary date has passed and you are at 13 months you will be charged the rate for 12+ months. 

Previous work done by technicians NOT at The Perfect Feather

We are pleased to offer services to clients who have seen other artists for previous tattooing. Please note these are not considered TOUCH UPS. Touch ups are performed by an original artist using their same materials and techniques. When you see someone new for the first time they are taking on liability & need to account for insurance, materials and overhead as well as their own training and expertise. 

All new clients book in under FIRST TIME CLIENTS regardless of previous work done. 

Each New client service includes consultation where we will identify changes that you would like to make to your existing work. When correcting previous work there are unknown factors like previous materials or techniques used. Corrections may require additional or more frequent touch ups in order to cover old work. Some corrections are not possible without removal first, and in some cases correction will not be possible. We highly suggest that you book a complimentary video-consult before coming in for service. Results are not guaranteed.

Are You a Candidate?

The Perfect Feather requires a letter / note clearing the client for service prior to booking an appointment if you have suffered from any major medical issues in the last 12 months.

We request that any potential client first call or email to discuss their unique situation to confirm they are a candidate for services.

Cosmetic Tattooing is not recommended for clients who are or have any of the following:

  • Under 19 years old. No exceptions. 
  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Diabetic (uncontrolled)
  • Undergoing Chemotherapy (Consult with you doctor- physicians note is mandatory)
  • Viral infections (diseases)
  • Had Botox within a 3 week period of appointment
  • Had an organ transplant
  • Epilepsy
  • Sick with a cold or flu-like virus
  • Used Accutane in the last 6 months

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Covid19- Appointment Guide

  • Masks will continue to be worn by services providers and are roulette wheel zero Chepo required for clients (both vaccinated and unvaccinated). Due to the nature of our services, we are very much in each others personal space and we want to ensure everyone safety and comfort. 
  • Please continue to sanitize your hands when entering the studio.
  • Please continue to arrive to your appointment on time and alone. We have always had a ‘no guest’ policy and this will continue, so please leave your family members, friends, and children at home.
  • Disinfection and sanitization has ALWAYS been a top priority for us. We will continue to hold high standards inside treatment rooms and common spaces.
  • We continue to ask that you reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell. If you’ve had a known COVID19 exposure, we require that your appointment be re-booked no sooner than 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse service to those that are sick or visibly unwell. Please help us maintain the health and safety of our studio.
